Located in a newly built, secure residence with underground parking included, this is the perfect spot for a premium stay. Enjoy all the comforts you need: high-speed fiber internet, your own private sauna and hammam — ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Just steps away from trendy cafés, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, this apartment is perfect for both families and guests who enjoy the vibrant city life. In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the stunning Majorelle Gardens, and numerous cultural and spiritual sites including a church, synagogue, and mosque. A perfect blend of luxury, modern comfort, and authenticity — the ideal base to experience all that Marrakech has to offer. ⸻ Important information: Non-smoking apartment (smoking is permitted on both terraces). The swimming pools, hammam, and sauna are available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week. The hammam and sauna can be privatized (by time slot) upon reservation (check with the on-site caretaker). Pool towels are available at reception on deposit, ask us to reserve them. Important Note: A few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and some coffee pods are provided upon arrival as part of a welcome kit. During your stay, any additional supplies will be at your own expense based on your personal needs. Towels are also provided in the apartment according to the number of guests. A washing machine is available should you wish to wash them during your stay. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage at the reception, which is monitored 24/7, before check-in time. However, it is not possible to store luggage after check-out.
