يقع رياض دار سلطان في ربع قصبة التاريخي بالقرب من مركز مدينة طنجة. و هو عبارة عن منزل على الطراز المغربي عمره 300 سنة و يبعد بضع مئات من الأمتار عن الشاطئ. زينت كل من غرف الضيوف بشكل فريد بالأقمشة الملونة والمصنوعات اليدوية المغربية و القطع الفنية من جميع أنحاء العالم. وهي مجهزة بحمام خاص وتفتح على تراس أو فناء داخلي. يقدم رياض دار سلطان الفطور اليومي الذي يتضمن الفطائر المغربية ومربيات محلية الصنع. و يتم تقديمه على الشرفة أو في الصالة. كما يقدم بيت الضيافة عشاء مغربياً تقليديا عند الطلب. تتوفر خدمة الإنترنت السلكي المجانية و هنالك موقف للسيارات في الموقع.
