IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our dear customers that:

- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) a marriage certificate is mandatory and must be presented at check-in.

- It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the dwelling or residence.

- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and prosecution.

- You are asked to adopt a good attitude towards the neighborhood (quiet hours between 23:00 and 8:00) and to respect local customs and customs. Parties and other events are not permitted.

- If the rules of nuisance are not respected, the agency reserves the right to expel the tenants before the end of their stay.

- Any additional guests must be declared to the host.

- Only families, couples and mixed groups are allowed in our accommodation, in application of the rules of residence.

- Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for his family and children, the Agency waives all liability in case of negligence on the part of the Tenant.
