Inside, the complex offers a limited collection of upscale apartments — from cozy one-bedroom units to sprawling penthouses — all equipped with autonomous heating, high-speed internet, and video intercom systems. The entire development is secured and gated, with landscaped gardens, pedestrian paths, and recreational zones, including a children’s playground. Residents also enjoy practical amenities: an underground parking garage, two elevators, 24/7 security, and a fitness club. Thanks to its prime central location, everything from embassies and cultural institutions to cafés and shops is just a stone’s throw away.
