New house with three 2 bedroom apartments. Separate entrance. Secure entrance. Balcony. Parking. Garden . One km from the sea/beach. By Susanj train station. By the river. Washer/dishwasher. Children and pets welcome. Smoking allowed outside - balcony/garden. (We do have a pet free unit reserved for individuals allergic or not fond of pets). Privacy. Friendly host is always there to answer all of your questions.
Very safe neighborhood. Just a few minutes drive to city center/beaches. Within walking distance - beach is 1 km away. Grocery store 5 minutes walking distance. City center 10 minutes walking distance.
