Amazing & Magic houses are two separate two-story wooden houses located on the same platform-terrace above the Bojana river. The terrace is divided by a solid screen that provides privacy to each house separately. The cottages are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwashers and washing machines, dishes, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, sunbathing furniture, garden with hammocks and barbecue, free private parking). . Houses are rented individually or in pairs for larger groups or several families The large wooden terrace on the water (100m2) is ideal for socializing, sunbathing, swimming and fishing. It offers a view of the sea and magical sunsets. At the back of the house is a fenced garden with flowers and tall trees that provide you with peace and shade on hot summer days. The garden is a place where you can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends. The houses are in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and nearby fish restaurants. The beach is 1 km from the house, you can go by car or on foot. The beach has a section for nudists and a separate section for clothed ones. You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and there is also a beach bar-restaurant Maestral. Horse rental service for riding along the beach is attractive. There are several agencies on the island that rent bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, boats, water bikes and other equipment for enjoying the water. The nearest supermarkets are in Štoju - 6 km from the house. We suggest our guests to buy all the groceries on the way, before arriving at the house. We must warn guests that Ada Bojana is a popular summer resort for young people in the peak season (July/August) and that there may be louder music from the surrounding houses, although is a settlement officially declared as a "Peace Zone". So we, as hosts, cannot take responsibility for any noise!!!
