Our house is a new building, It has four floors, the first one is a big garage and the rest are for rental. The apartments are all renovated and all have new equipment. All of the things in our house are new, including the outdoor decorations and also the indoor ones. The whole area is surrounded by a wonderful garden with fruits and vegetables and lots of beautiful flowers that are a symbol of our town. Here you can feel the freshness of the air coming from the sea witch is a special feature of our location. The great Old Town of Ulcinj, where you can be a witness of the big and rich history of our little town, is only a 10 minute walk away, there is a small market that has everything you can need to buy and its only for a 5 minute walk away, We are in the perfect distance and that is the greatest asset we have.

Hello, my name is Zenepe. Me and my husband Mirso have been having guest in our house for 18 years now, and more to come hopefully! We have a house in a very good location for tourists, that is the main reason why we started hosting. We have 4 children, and they are very helpful in this business of ours. Since we live in a small town like Ulcinj, that has been a tourist attraction for years, we are used to having tourist and the pleasure of meeting new people, cultures from around the World. In all this years of hosting I can say that I have made a lot of our tourists friends, we keep contact, even meet if we travel to their homelands. This is why we enjoy hosting and we try our best to make tourist feel welcomed.

We have a very quite neighborhood, with houses that are not that near. Many tourists are pleased with our location since everything is near. The old town, where is the Museum and many restaurants where you can eat Fresh sea food, is 5-10 min walk. The rocky beach Liman is 5-7 min walk. And the small Beach where all the tourist go to enjoy the morning coffee with a sea view is 10-15 min walk.
