The house measures 230 square meters, including terraces. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen combined with a living room, and 3 large terraces on two floors. There is parking for one car. The house has a fireplace, making it cozy on cool evenings. It is a great pleasure to dine on the terrace at a large table with a beautiful view of the valley and sea and to have candlelit dinners under the starry skies. The house features oak windows and parquet flooring, with properly insulated walls that ensure good ventilation; it stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Italian furniture creates a sense of elegant comfort and coziness. Orthopedic mattresses allow for restful sleep. Authentic original artwork, quality textiles, and other extras add charm to this home. A modern ventilation system keeps the house fresh even without opening windows. There is a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and air conditioning in all rooms. We also provide an Italian coffee machine, a hairdryer, a pillow menu, and much more for your wonderful vacation.
