Our newly constructed and renovated house features one spacious bedroom, one modern bathroom, a comfortable living room and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. The house also boasts a spacious terrace and garden area surrounded by beautiful walnut trees, figs, olives and grapes, where you can enjoy stunning sea views and indulge in some much-needed rest and relaxation. One of the unique features of our house is the fact that it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, from kitchen utensils and appliances to bed linens and towels. One of the highlights of our neighborhood is its proximity to the stunning beaches of Montenegro's coast. Within just a few minutes' drive, you can reach the breathtaking Utjeha Beach, which boasts crystal-clear waters and rocky beaches and spectacular views of the surrounding coastline. For those who love to explore, there is a plenty of small hidden beaches also close to Utjeha beach. In the same neighborhood there are old historical houses billed in the 1960s and earlier, while the windmills are on the same hill with a sea view for those who love to go on a hike. In the house vicinity there is a famous Medjurec river with a stunning nature as well as a waterfall Turcini which is breathtaking. There is a wide variety of local restaurants and cafes, serving up delicious traditional cuisine. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, grilled meats, or vegetarian dishes, there is something for everyone in this area. If you're interested in history and culture, be sure to visit the nearby Old Town of Bar, which features ancient ruins, a medieval fortress, and stunning views of the surrounding area.
