Hakuna Matata is luxuriously equipped two-story house with two separate apartments, located on the left bank of the river Bojana, on Ada Bojana island, downstream from the bridge 150 meters. Every room in the house has an airconditioning. Both apartments on the ground floor have living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchens are fully equipped with inventory and appliances (dishes, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher machine). Living rooms are connected to a covered terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, grill, bar.. Covered part of the terrace leads to the lower deck level for sunbathing with deck chairs and direct stairs for entering the water. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (Hakuna Matata I has an additional bathroom on the first floor). The house has a free parking for several vehicles. The maximum number of people in Hakuna Matata I is 9, and in Hakuna Matata II 8. House is intended exclusively for peaceful companies and families. Hakuna Matata I and Hakuna Matata II can be rented at the same time because of a common terrace (which is partitioned when the houses are rented separately, so they have privacy).

Let Ulcinj fascinate you! Ulcinj’s beauty is not possible to resist. Ada Bojana is a national treasure of Montenegro. Island and it's surroundings are the perfect place for riding a bike, kayak, paddle board, water skiing... Given that there is a constant wind in Ulcinj this place is perfect for kite surfing. Neighborhood on the island is very diverse. There are a lot of wooden houses on the river. Our closest neighbors are very nice and friendly people. In front of the house is a river Bojana, and behind the house is very nice forest. Across the river are the best fish restaurants in Ulcinj (3 minutes walk across the bridge).
