The building is located in a calm, family-oriented neighbouhood. It is just a 5-minute walk away from the beach. The supermarket is a step away. The most beautiful part of the town is the Old Town Budva, surrounded with the medieval walls. Crossed with narrow streets and squares are the famous buildings, such as, the Church Sv. Trojica, housing the tomb of the exquisite writer Stjepan Mitrov Ljubisa, the Churches of Sv. Ivan, Sv. Bogorodica and Sv. Sava. Only 15 minute away, there is an Old Town Penninsula of Sveti Stefan, surrounded by two red colored sandy beaches. Originally built by traders and fishermen in the XV century, it became a town – hotel in 1960 thanks to our famous painters Lubarda and Milunovic, who recognized this old place as a potential tourist attraction. Many famous persons have visited Sveti Stefan, alongside with Sofia Loren, Monica Viti, Willie Brandt, Bobbi Fisher, Sylvester Stallone, Claudia Schaeffer, Ingmar Stenmark and many others. We very much reccommend taking a day trip to the Boka Bay and Skadar Lake.
