This Villa offers comfortable 210m2 accommodation with a 20m2 balcony, a private swimming pool (6x3m), enclosed backyard, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, spacious terrace and off-street parking. The whole Villa is rented exclusively for one guest (sleeps up to 8 adults). It is well equipped for a relaxed and quiet Mediterranean holiday. Two bedrooms have exit on a west-facing terrace, and the third has an-suite bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a spacious work desk. Modern air-conditioning is available on both floors. Free internet 150Mbs / 500GB is provided. Water supply is private, sustainable and reliable: rainwater is collected on the roof and stored in the cistern beside the house. Water cistern is re-filled by tankers, as needed, during summer season. The guests will enjoy tranquil countryside location, surrounded by olive groves. There are numerous farms and businesses nearby offering various local produce tastings and activities. The location of 4* Villa Aberdeen is shown on major online maps, although on some maps the old name "Villa G Premium" displays. The Villa was bought in 2022 and substatially renovated. ViIla is situated in a sparsely inhabited countryside, surrounded by olive groves towards the Lustica ring road, and unspoiled wild nature towards the sea coast. There is only one other permanently inhabited house in the street. Adriatic seacoast is around 1km away, and the guest can access viewpoint 300m from the house for unspoiled view of Adriatic, Mamula island and Boka bay entrance. Moric attraction complex is 1 km away. The Klinci viewpoint, located 2 km away, offers fantastic view of Boka Bay, Croatian Prevlaka, Mamula island and open Adriatic. Villa Aberdeen is located within walking distance from Zanjic (2.2 km) and Rose (3 km) beaches. These Adriatic beaches are clean and quiet. Newly built luxurious Lustica Bay complex with high-end dining/shopping/entertainment is around 12 km away. There is a range of small businesses offering local produce, services and sport activities on Lustica. There is a “mobile market”, a van with groceries, daily serving all villages on Lustica and food can be pre-ordered. Other shops are 8-10 km away. Guests will receive all the information upon booking. Our sea coast is facing south towards open Adriatic sea and climate is dry with plenty of sunshine all day long. Guests will find major Montenegro coastal tourist towns located within ½-1 hour drive: Kotor is 21km, Tivat is 23km and Budva is 35 km away. Tivat airport is 22 km away. Car is recommended because of rural location. The last 1 km of the access road is quite narrow and we advice cautious driving. Guests can get to Rose and Herceg Novi without car quite easily. Rose (3 km away) is a local port, beach and tourist hub with lot of visitors during the season. There is a regular (hourly) taxi boat between Rose and town of Herceg Novi and there is a connecting local taxi car from Rose serving all villages on Lustica. The nearest Tourist information points (for guest registration) are located at Zanjic beach, and Rose (open 10:00-16:00).
