Villa Katarina is situated 50 meters away from the centre of Pržno, a fisherman village adapted into a touristic resort with a lovely sandy beach. Villa Katarina offers you accommodation in luxuriously furnished bedrooms, studios and apartments, with bed and beakfast servise. Hotel features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The hotel is 120 meters away from the beach (Pržno Beach). The beaches Kamenovo, Queen's Beach, Miločer and two Saint Stefan beaches are in the vicinity of the Villa. Budva is 7km away, Petrovac 11km and Saint Stefan 1km. Neighborhood info

Pržno is a small fishing place located six kilometers from Budva and is surrounded by olive, pomegranate and fig trees. It is protected from sea waves and winds by three stone reefs with an old tower on one of them. The settlement originated on the site of a fishing village, which is clearly seen in the architecture of the buildings. Pržno is a small but popular tourist resort. It joins together the spirit of the old with the modern glamour. The atmosphere of an authentic fishing place with the traditional way of fishing, an air spa – Milocer park full of pine, a 20 minute walk through a cedar forest to Sveti Stefan, are just a few of the advantages. Clean and calm beaches surrounded by mountaines, are something that makes this area special.
