Tuscan stone Villa built in 1845 on the rock, very quiet part of Lustica, The place is very peaceful , well connected with Tivat,Budva and Kotor. Who love tranquility ,privacy ,comfort and lots of sun its perfect place... House tucked away between tree,beautiful view on ancient churches from which comes sound of bells The space Villa consists of 2 floors. Ground floor is set from spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. Upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms - and between them a room closet,one of the room have king-size bed, while the second room has 2 single beds and Bathroom. The last floor is not divated by walls, all is one open area with living room, Tv ,king size bad and bathroom. Villa are covered by Wi Fi signal, which is free of charge. The same applies for cable channels on flat-screen TV. Villa is covered with air-conditioned. Outside, wooden terrace with sitting area ,dinning table and summer kitchen. Below the terrace itself,there is a stone water tank made in the rock when there was no city water in that time when Villa was built,which has also been renovated and in function. The pool with inner stairs is situatred on the other cascade bellow wooden terace, with deckchairs. Guest access Guests have access to everything inside the villa, along with the swimming pool, patio with outdoor and private parking. Cable TV channels are available to guests in air-conditioned space. Towels and linens are regularly changed. Free parking is also available. Other things to note The grocery stores and supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Who love tranquility ,privacy ,comfort and lots of sun its perfect place...
