The house is protected by UNESCO. -an interesting fact is that it is forbidden to own a terrace in the old town if you do not have a special permit for something like that. This is what sets our house apart as a tourist attraction. In addition to the beach, market, sea, the best restaurants and cafes. You almost don't even need a car. If you have it, there are 2 paid parking spaces that are 400m away from the house, which is also a rarity when it comes to the old town.

Our house is located in the middle of it. You will be able to notice this while staying on our terrace, you will see people climbing there and hikers. It is popular to get to the "Flag of Montenegro" there, an amazing panorama awaits you. If you are a fan of nature, good photos, fun, and even training, you should not miss it. Also, there are special roads from our house that lead there, and there is no entrance fee.
