This fancy designers apartment with three-meter ceilings is located in a historical building of Austro-Hungarien epoque on the second line from the sea facing the entrance to the Bay of Kotor. The thick walls of this building provide exceptional thermal insulation, thus maintaining a pleasant temperature during hot summer and cool winter months. Also, the building is excellently soundproofed, providing peace and quiet in the apartment. Stunning views of the sea, palms and red roofs of historical buildings makes this property luxuriously standing out and unique. Italian-style fenced patio adds up to your privacy and aesthetics. A stone's throw from the sea, restaurants, shops and the historical center makes this apartment as convenient as possible for your ideal holiday on the Adriatic.
Located between the districts of Savina and the Old town, neighboring with luxurious villas, this property stays away from the noisy discos and enjoys calm respectable atmosphere. Separate entrance and fenced yard add up to the privacy and calmness of your stay at this fascinating property. Just a few steps down separates you from the beach and the main promenade, which stretches along the coast for several kilometers to both sides.
