A rare retro-chic suite 7 in the brand-new Mogador Residence, Grand Case. Welcome to Sunset Van Suite7 , a stylish and exclusive gem for two, located on the street side of the 2ND floor (one level above ground) of the brand-new Mogador Residence – a unique beachfront address in Grand Case. The suite features a premium king-size bed, private bathroom with Italian shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and safe (no kitchen) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A few steps down, access the large shared terrace with loungers and outdoor shower, leading directly to the sargassum-free beach. The residence is new, secure and equipped with a generator for uninterrupted comfort. No parking on-site, but street parking !

Grand Case is one of Saint Martin’s true gems — once a fishing village, now the island’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhood. Here, you can walk everywhere. The beach, restaurants, beach clubs, local mini markets, pharmacy and bakery are all just a few minutes away on foot.
