It is a new building, and a brand new apartment, it is on the ground floor with easy access. I have a private underground parking and a lift that goes from the underground parking exactly in front of the door of the apartment. The apartment has an espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, a full equipped kitchen and a lot more.

It is a brend new neighborhood. It has 3 supermarkets right next to the apartment, the town park is 4 minutes away by foot, and the city center is 8 minutes by foot.
