The apartment is located in the newly built building and is in the final stage with good acoustics, and is located in the center 200m from Skanderbeg Square. It is a quiet area without noise. The apartment has an entrance with two parts, two separate doors, where one part is an office while the other part is an apartment. In the vicinity are all the most frequented bars and restaurants, the city promenade, the city museum, the beautiful lake of Debar, the churches and the old mosques of Debar.

In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, two large wardrobes for clothes, a TV , and a balcony where there is also a table with chairs. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be opened, where two children or one adult can sleep, there is a 58-inch TV, and a desk with a charger. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment for cooking, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, as well as a table with chargers for eating. The bathroom is fully equipped equipment as well as lavender. All rooms are equipped with heating and cooling system and hot water. The water in the apartment is potable as in the city you drink the water.
