The things which are rare and valuable considering properties in the center and WE OFFER are, quiet apartment and private parking.

Just 50 meters to the main Post Office and Taxi Station next to it. Just 150 meters from the Port. About 50 meters from the main pedestrian and trading street. Just 50 meters from the nearest restaurant, bakeries, pub and bars. Just 20 meters to the nearest market and, about 100 meters to the nearest Supermarket. About 400 meters to the Green Market Just 20 meters to the first ATM and bank. About 100 meters to the Information Office Thanks to our location, all the main historical and cultural points of interest are near. Churches, museums, Czar Samuil's Fortress etc. They are just a few minutes walking distance.
