One Trendy twin/double room equipped with modern furniture and 65 inch tv, space that will make you feel happy, with plenty of light and comfort for 2 people. The other Retro, double room equipped in retro style provides comfort space with plenty of light ideal to accommodate 2 people. The Guesthouse poses brand new, shared kitchen and bath, large 50m2 Teresa and small garden, place ideal for your morning Café. Bakery, Market, Café and lunch bar are several meters away, the Bus station is near like the river Vardar that makes the place ideal for walks and sport activities, not more than 400 m away from number of playgrounds. Restaurants, Bank, Shopping center are at 10-15 min walk. Shopping Mall is only 1.5 km away and the city center/main square is at 5km. All amenities are free for you to use. Free parking is provided. The place will provide you pleasant and comfort stay only 15 min away by car from the center of the city. Canyon Matka is very near like the mountain Vodno, places ideal for your daily tour.

Gesthouse is located few minutes away from bus station, 10 minutes away from the City shopping mall and 15-20min by car or taxi to the City center. It offers easy access to come in and out of the city, place to walk or run by the river, or simply go for coffee, lunch, or dinner either at the cafe on the street level of the building or at other nearby cafes. Pharmacy, Bank and Hospital are quite near. Canyon Matka and mountin Vodno (etno village and st. Pantelemon) are near that makes it ideal stay if you plan to visit them.
