Guests can enjoy a special discount for teamLab tickets during the stay. There is a direct undercover walkway from The Parisian Macao to Cotai Expo, which takes about 10 minutes’ walk. Guests are kindly requested to provide guest names in English alphabet (same as the travel document) at the time of booking. Other languages are unacceptable. Name changes after reservation have been made are not permitted.

Please note that once booking is completed, hotel will be entitled to debit your credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. No Virtual Credit Card will be accepted. The physical credit card used to pay for room(s) must be presented by the cardholder for verification at check-in.

The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card, and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to the hotel 7 days prior the arrival date.
