This house of character used to be a Knights of Malta abode from the 17th Century. It is situated in a narrow pedestrian street, inaccessible to traffic, in one of the 3 Cities, namely Cospicua. It is spread over 4 floors. On the spacious ground floor a hall leads to an indoor yard with a flanking bathroom, and further on into the large dining room/kitchen, with an overlapping wooden loft, offering a comfortable sitting room and TV. On the 2nd floor is an air-conditioned double bedroom with antiques and its original 17th Century floor; on the 3 floor is an air-conditioned large double bedroom with TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The roof on the 4th floor offered 2 high class nylon sun beds with parasol and 2 rattan armchairs with table.
I have been a travel guide and representative for the last 35 years and am well aware of the customer's necessities and requirements, so that I am able to preempt any misunderstandings or disappointments, in the firm conviction that my customers could step back in time whilst residing at my property without losing out on comfort and amenities.
The property is only 5 minutes away on foot from the city of Vittoriosa and 10 minutes away from its coastline with numerous bordering restaurants and marvellous marina views. It is only 20 minutes away on foot + by passenger ferry to the capital city of Valletta and 25 minutes on foot to the Gardiola watchtower of Senglea. Cospicua, the town where my house of character is situated is only 1 minute away on foot from the largest Maltese weekday market, which is set up every Tuesday morning. It does however take a longish 25 minute walk to reach the small sandy beach of Rinella, where one can swim inside the Grand Harbour, with an outstanding view.
