Marsalforn is one of the most popular fishing village on the island. A beach of sand and small pebbles is backed by a promenade which runs right around the head of the bay, providing pleasant place to stroll at all times of the year. Small fishing boats gather on the eastern side and in winter one can enjoy the fisherman peacefully repairing their boats and mending their nets. One can rent boat trips including cruise around Gozo or a trip to the blue lagoon. Marsalforn is a popular base for diving and one can find a variety of diving schools and dive sites.
