The terrace, which surrounds the whole apartment, is the main attraction of these apartments. You will be able to sit in the terrace with sea and country view, enjoy a coffee or a cold drink whilst watching the sun rise or sun set. Direct sunlight all day. Each apartment which takes up to 4 persons measures approximately 120 m2 and is very well located on a hill in a quiet area, yet close to the town centre. The apartments have a lovely layout, segregated and spacious rooms. Each apartment has airconditioned bedrooms (operated with coin meter), a fully stocked kitchen/dining room, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, sitting room with TV, a main bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet a free to use washing machine. A terrace surrounds the whole apartment which includes a table and chairs. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Free Wi-Fi and TV/radio are available in the apartments. A gas heater can be provided during winter against a small fee. Please note that minimum stay is 3 nights. Check-in/check-out times are flexible, depending on other arrivals. I am an organized person and my wife and I take customer service seriously. I am a saxophonist and a jazz player. Our property is family-managed and people in our home are our guests. Please note that unless there is an overlap between arrivals and departures on the same day, we adopt a flexible check-in and check-out time. Though the village is relatively small there is everything to make your holiday a worthwhile and memorable one. The apartment is just 150 metres away from the sandy beach of Xlendi and the village centre. The nearest bus stop (XMUN) is just 30 metres down the road close to Xlendi Tower. Furthermore, the island of Gozo is a very popular holiday destination, known for its unique rural characteristics and lovely picturesque villages.
