The apartment is in a unique position right in the center of Marsalforn. It is on the ground floor with the beach just across the road. It is a joy to sit in the Terrace and relax in the shade or enjoying the evening sea-breeze while having a drink and watching the world go by. The flat comprises 2 bedrooms both air-conditioned and includes a well equipped kitchen (basic) a backyard and a front terrace. We upgraded in 2022 so everything is relatively new. The beds are top grade of solid mahogany with pocket-spring mattresses. Number 1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed while a smaller bedroom has 2 single beds. We allow the free use of a washing machine (and expect our guests to treat it with kindness as if it were their own), and a clothes-horse for hanging wet towels or bathing suits in the back yard or in the front terrace. In the hot summer months the back yard allows a current of fresh air to circulate inside the rooms. The flat can house 4 guests (preferably3) and years ago when our 2 daughters were still at school we used to live here from the beginning of July to mid-September. It was heavenly for the children swimming to their hearts content and for us seeing them having the time of their lives. The apartment is also ideal for 1. senior citizens or others with mobility problems; 2. for people who are afraid or reluctant to use lifts; 3. for families with young children; 4. for diving enthrusiasts since we are situated practically next door to 2 Diving centres; 5, for those who own or rent bikes, since we offer free night parking space in the front terrace.

We are now retired and our job is keeping our apartment in good order and condition and preparing it for the comfort and enjoyment of our esteemed guests. We love meeting new people and hearing about the distant places where they live, about their culture, history and customs as well as things like their favourite food, their hobbies, etc ...........

Marsalforn is the number one beach resort in Gozo. Marsalforn comprises 3 beaches, Marsalforn proper, Qbajjar bay and Xwejni beach. All three bays are pleasant and safe to swim or snorkel in. In Marsalforn there are over 50 restaurants, wine bars and take aways. There is everything that one might need, 3 food stores, a pharmacy, diving clubs, a scooter and bike shop, a tourist info office, and above all the clean and clear water of the beaches. Marsalforn is also perfect for a holiday in April and May when the weather starts to warm up a little and in October thru December when the fine weather usually persists as it has been doing for the last few years. During these shoulder months as they are called, Marsalforn is much more quiet with most of the bars and restaurants closed, less people, less traffic and more enjoyable ambiance.
