Santa Margerita is a district of Cospicua (also known as Bormla), a fortified town forming part of the Three Cities. The area is located within the Grand Harbour and is known for its lofty topographical position and rich architecture existing along its streets which survived the heavy bombing raids of the Second World War. The apartment is situated on a prominent corner of one of the most iconic and intact residential streets and overlooks the charming Santa Margerita Church. It has easy access and free street parking and is a perfect base to explore Malta. The best way to get around the Three Cities is on foot with many old pedestrianised alleyways to explore. On your walks you will stumble across some of the nearby attractions, namely the Malta at War Museum (300m), the Inquisitors Palace (400m), Santa Teresa Church (400m), St Lawrence Church (500m), Immaculate Conception Church (500m), Malta Maritime Museum (700m) and Fort St. Angelo (1200m). Cospicua is also just a 5 minute ferry ride away from the capital, Valletta.
