Rare find! Bright and Airy Penthouse set on two floors in one of if not the best location in Bugibba. Property consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining area, front balcony with beautiful harbour and sea views, bedroom and a fully equipped shower room. On the second floor, a tranquil living area with a large LED TV leading onto a sunny back terrace equipped with a professional BBQ area. The front terrace is simply amazing! One finds a beautiful setup heated Jacuzzi and Sun Loungers.
The Neighbourhood is a quiet one and complex is a residential one. Although located in a nice tranquil area the street is the most sought after in the area as it is only 30 seconds stroll down to the sea side and just 2min walk to Bugibba Square. Popular Cafe Del Mar is only fifteen minutes walk away.
Getting arround the area is very easy and simple. Bus stops are all over the town and the closest one to your apartment is only 30seconds down the street. Taxi stand is 2min walk near the square while a rental car outlet is just down the road :)
