This modern 1 bedrom Penthouse has seaviews and a terrace. This apartment buiding is situated in the centre of town yet in a very quiet street just off the seafront. It has a lift. The unit includes ; a TV , a washing machine, Wifi, Microwave and a full kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a hairdryer, a horse to dry clothes and towels and linen. It has air-conditioning . There is 1 double bed and a sofa bed opens for 2 people. The Terrace has outdoor furniture overlooking St.Julians sea.

Neighbourhood information

This modern building has a lift to the top floor. There is an uber available from the airport to arrive which should take 20 minutes. There is keycode access all night in the case of late night check ins. It is very safe country you can walk at night to the unit. If you need a cleaner this can be provided at a cost whenever you require. It is situated in the centre of town close to restaurants, bars and cafes. There are shopping centres, supermarkets including delivery service offered in Malta for any requirements. There is the cinema, bowling centres and beachs nearby. There are bus stops, hotel and entertainment mecca Paceville 5 minutes away
