Resort Currency is US Dollar and we accept cash in US Dollar only.

From 23 December 2025 to 10 January 2026, the guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the guest cancels within 30 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.

From 11 January 2025 to 22 December 2025 and from 11 January 2026 to 22 December 2026, the guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if the guest cancels within 7 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Speedboat transfers must be arranged from the resort; outdoor or own transfers are prohibited. The charges are as follows:

Shared Speedboat Transfers:

- Adult (15 years and above): USD 250 per person, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026

- Child (2–15 years): USD 125 per child, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026

Private Speedboat Transfers:

- Adult 15 years and above: USD 1050, from May 1, 2025, to Oct 31, 2026

Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by any of the guests, including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists, is prohibited.

Children aged 2–15 years can stay free of charge in a shared room with 2 adults. Please note that a green tax of USD 12 per child per night is applicable additionally. Meals are free of charge for children aged 2–14 years based on the rules of the meal plan, accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid. Those 15 years and above will be charged as an adult.

Outlet and bar opening and closing times could vary and depend on occupancy or climate variation. Our front office team will assist you with those changes, if any, during check-in time.

• The package is available immediately after check-in and ends at 12:00 on departure day from the resort.

• There are no refunds or substitutions, and none of the benefits can be transferred to another person, and there is no accumulation of any entitlement if not used to the next day.

• Guests on the All-Inclusive package are required to sign the bills raised at outlets to acknowledge the consumption; however, guests will not be charged for any item that falls under the All-Inclusive plan they have paid for (kindly note that any charges that are not part of the All-Inclusive should be paid directly to the resort prior to check-out).
