We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. This breathtaking building at Palmira Alttus, inside a gated residential area, is in a fantastic location on top of a small hill overlooking La Paz Bay. That elevation gives you some of the best views of the bay and Sea of Cortez – spectacular ocean and city views day or night! Plus the condo is situated close to the famous sights and attractions in La Paz, grocery, convenient stores, shopping and more! Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make great new memories in La Paz! Please note there is noise next to the building, as there is a commerce that works from 8 am to 8 pm. There is a penalty of 20.00 USD for late check-outs. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. Please note that the pool is not heated. Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens, washer/dryer, bath towels, and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay. You may also use the pool and barbecue grill in the common areas as well. The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.

Located in the gated residential community called Residencial de Cortéz, the Alttus Palmira condominium complex gives you access to activities and amenities along with a peaceful and comfortable stay with spectacular views from the elevated area. - The condo complex features a nice large swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy a day relaxing poolside. - A fitness center at the complex – free to guests. - A large common terrace with sofa lounge areas, outdoor tables and spectacular views - catch the sunset from there!
