This studio is perfect for a solo traveler’s or couple’s stay in sunny Playa del Carmen - The rooftop pool & lounge area is a perfect spot to hang out between beach trips - A short walk to the 5th Avenue w/shops, restaurants - WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace, Smart TV, fully-equipped kitchen, & free parking - Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a 6 MXN fee per KW. The use of some common area facilities, such as the BBQ, may result in an additional charge on site that is separate from the costs of our unit. Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For stays of 28 nights or more, you’ll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at 5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most. Note: External visitors are allowed at the property from 9am to 10pm. They must present an identification and register at the Condominio's entrance. No external visitors are allowed in the pool area. Access is only for registered guests of the Condominium. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project located approximately 5 meters from the building (across the street), directly facing our property. The construction is already in progress, so there may be potential noise in the area. The construction work is scheduled from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that this is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for them. The pool will be out of service from November 2 to November 20. We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.

There’s so much to see and do around Playa del Carmen! You’ll find everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like scuba and snorkeling, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area!), private yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more! You certainly won’t need a car if you just want to spend time in the center; you’re just a couple of blocks away from beach clubs like Mamitas, Lido’s, Martina, and Zenzi. Kindly be aware that due to the property's downtown location, it is common to hear noise such as traffic and construction sounds.
