You can enjoy Mexican and Italian cuisine in the restaurant’s open-air dining area. À la carte breakfast charged separately is available under previous request. The resort is situated next to the renowned Puerto Angel diving site, perfect for snorkelling. Just 100 metres off shore, you can spot tropical fish and coral on the Meso-American Barrier Reef. The Almaplena is a 20-minute drive from Mahahual village and 90 minutes from Chetumal Airport. Cancun International Airport is a 4-hour drive away.
