We are located right in the middle of Tulum's hotel zone, it's a quiet place for rest with a great location, you can go walking to the most famous boutiques, bars and restaurants like Taboo, Parole, Mia, and more.

Tulum is a wonderful place, it has many attractions; The downtown area is a typical Mexican town with a very special atmosphere, it also has the spectacular white sand beaches characteristic of the Caribbean, as well as its impressive and beautiful Mayan Ruins, Tulum is the only walled Mayan City facing the sea.
In the surroundings there is a great variety of closed and open Cenotes with an incomparable beauty where you can snorkel and dive and also very close is the great Sian kan Biosphere Reserve, which has lagoons and channels between the mangroves, full of fauna of the region.

CHIBAL is a different place, you will be in a privileged place between the Mayan jungle and the Caribbean Sea. Very near from the stores, boutiques and restaurants and 100 mts from the beach.
The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, modern, and with a private bathroom and frigobar.
We have a common area with tables and chairs to read, rest or have a drink.
Also if you stay with us you can visit El cenote Encantado. It´s near from us and you can paddle there
