All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us with details of your use of the property as terms & pricing may vary. For Pets, there is an additional sanitation fee. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a larger fee. HOLT’s housekeeping staff will be on-site during daytime hours most days to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay with us. Breakfast is subject to the designated schedules and days designated by HOLT. Please note that we do not accept direct payments at the property. Payment is required at the time of confirmation. We offer a complimentary 20-liter water jug for each stay. Refills are available for an additional fee. In accordance with the platform's payment structure and applicable tax regulations, we can only issue invoices only in the name of the guest who appears on the reservation. The invoice cannot be issued to other third parties or companies.
