Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our home which is centrally-located in Cancun. Only 20 minutes to the beaches near the Cancun hotel zone. Shopping nearby within 5-15 minutes from the condo. Restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away, and airport is about 25 minutes from the condo.
Enjoy the amenities which include community pool, playground and small soccer field near building. Safe area to do your own workout or use outdoor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in the condo.
My husband and I welcome you to our home. For your convenience we have a manager of the unit in Cancun who will be able to resolve issues on our behalf. You will be provided a point of contact during your stay prior to your arrival.
The community is gated and access to amenities requires an access card provided by the host. This is a diverse community of both permanent residents and vacation guests.
Walking distance there are local restaurants offering Mexican cuisine. There are other restaurants within 15 minutes (driving) from the community. We have an Oxxo convenient store on the corner (5 min walking) of our community.
