Only dogs are allowed under pets policy. Please note that only one dog per room with a maximum weight of 8 kilos and maximum heigh of 40 cm is allowed.
A supplement of 300 MXN per pet per night will be applicable for standar rooms and for superior rooms: 400 MXN. A deposit of MXN 1000 per pet will also be required. (Limited inventory). Please note that pets must travel with their carrier and guest must contact the hotel via messaging to request the pet-friendly service.
