We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. The TV is equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom).
