This beautiful oceanview condo will be a splendid bonus on your trip to La Paz! - Located in the gated Residencial del Cortés area, overlooking the bay & ocean - Comfortable & open living space with an expansive private balcony w/seating - A 5-min drive to the waterfront Malecón & a 7-min drive to Coromuel Beach - Condo complex amenities like a BBQ terrace area - FiberOptic WiFi, washer & dryer. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in to be paid in cash to our local team. There is a penalty of 20.00 USD for late check-outs. We want to be transparent that the complex administration manages the upkeep of common areas, which is beyond our control. Sharing this helps align expectations and maintain our high standards. The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available. Please be advised that the pool will be undergoing maintenance until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the pool is functional.
