Groups Policies:

Reservations of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group.

The Hotel will contact the guest to manage special deposit and cancellation conditions. If the client cannot be reached and the deposit is not made under the group conditions, the reservations will be automatically cancelled. For more information, contact the establishment through the information contained in the confirmation.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Upon check-in, you must present an official identification (INE) or passport of the holder, and a credit card. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Parking is exclusively for small and medium-size cars and access to other vehicles such as buses, trailers, buggies, motorcycles, Razers, ATVs, etc. is not permitted. Please contact the property for details.

The room service is open from 07:00 to 16:00 every day, with an additional supplement dell 15% dell total of the order. Room service is not available from 16:01 to 06:59.
