We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. We look after their properties and when they are not in town we take care of them and welcome other like minded visitors to stay in their homes. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. The pool cleaning company comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the property. Please note that the pool is not heated. Please be aware that the property is surrounded by 3 homes with large dogs in their yards so expect barking dog noise from time to time. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. Note that there are security cameras on the property. They are all located on the outside of the house, one facing the main entrance and the street, another facing the pool, and the last facing the grill and the street in the rear of the home. They are always on and record on a 24hr lapse. The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available.
