Riva Playasur is a new residential building (summer 2019), located just 200 meters from the ferry and the beach; right in front of the modern PASEO del CARMEN mall. The 405 studio with its 43 m3 is perfect for couples or small families, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all comfort. There is juicer for juices, nespresso coffee machine, kitchen aid, oven and microwave oven. The 42 inch TV is smart and there is a netflix account available for guests. The property is finely furnished and decorated. Guests can access the rooftop that has a beautiful pool overlooking Cozumel Island.
Hello everyone! I am Micol, Host of Riva Playasur 405. Together with my husband Salvatore we fell in love with Mexico and decided that this was the Country where we wanted to live and have a family! We have been in Playa del Carmen since 2015 and finally we were able to buy a studio next to the Beach after many sacrifices and hard work. We decided to share it with everyone who likes the beach, the sun and the pre-Hispanic history in the Mayan Riviera!
The position allows the guest not to use a car, everything you need is near a few steps from the property. During the day there may be a bit of noise from the buildings that are around, as Playa del Carmen is a destination in strong growth throughout the city there are works, but having double glazing you can barely hear the sounds outside. There are restaurants, mini markets and super markets. IMPORTANT: there is a new construction 100 metres from the building that unfortunately covered our sea view from the apartment.
