Apartment counts with A/C inside of the bedroom , ceiling fans, two balconies and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Fiber optic internet connection and nice view of Zihuatanejo's mountains! ⦾ Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservation starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform. ⦾ ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico . It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity. ** ⦾ Please notice we only provide big bottle of water for reservations longer than 7 nights. You can purchase water with us for additional 50 pesos per water jar or in the shops in front. ⦾ We provide toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags to start your vacation, after that you must buy as you need. ⦾ 1 bath towel per person will be provided for reservations up to 3 nights and 1 kitchen cloth.

La Noria neighborhood is located next to the city center and principal pier in Zihuatanejo. The closest beach is Principal Beach and is only 5 min. away within walking distance. You will find three different grocery shops next to the main entrance to the building with all the supplies , even fruits and vegetables or fresh coconut water you can find in there! Laundry is right in front together with tortilla shop, beauty salon, doctor and taxi stand. Bigger Netto or Oxxo shops are around the corner too! It is a nice and very friendly neighborhood where I have been living for the last 8 years. Parking is public and right in front of the building too, very safe with lots of light during the night.
