Shared kitchen, shared lounge with 46 inch flat screen TV. Laundry service, leave and pick-up . All rooms have outdoor windows giving plenty of light. Secure gated parking close by, 30 pesos a day. Casual atmosphere, come and go like its your own home. Manuel Crescencio Rejon International Airport is about 10 minutes away, depending on traffic. Pickup or drop off for two people only staying two days minimum, subject to availability. Do not expect a big star hotel. with 24 hour receptionist, change of sheets every day, or constant service. If you do, no charge if you want to go somewhere else. Also, there is no hotel sign over the front door, which is quite common for the smaller places. This is a small Guest House (six rooms), where the owner does most things. A lady comes in to clean the rooms; she will appreciate any tips. Pick up change of towels, soap, and waste bag. Free change of sheets every 3 days if required. If you want something, please ask. Please note that Merida temperatures from April to September are anywhere from 32 to 45 c. Many visitors don't realize what its like staying in a place without a refreshing pool. The pool is bigger than most of the Hotels, with far fewer guests to share it. Shop is just around the corner for small things. Santiago Square is 5 minutes walk with a 24 hour OXXO, cinema, supermarket, pharmacy and outdoor cafes. Every Tuesday there is dancing in the square. Santa Anna and Paseo de Montejo are also nearby. This is a residential safe neighbourhood with many foreigners living here, yet is only 10 minutes walk to the square. All the central attractions are this side of the main square (North West of the square). Please ask for good places to eat.
