Our homestay consist of *4 bedroom with 4 king/queen size bed which can accommodate 8 person, each room extimate 2 person,if above 8 person there would be have extra charge by sellecting more extra person stay inside app.please remember to choose the actual number of person staying. Our preparation is base on 8 person. *can request for extra 1 queen and 1 single floor mattress or set up 1 queen and 1 single sofa bed with term and condition *4 bathroom shorten the preparation time to ensure fully utilited the valuable vacation time *we use quilt cover for blanket and ensure wash and exchange every order 1) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details. 2) Check in time:after 3pm(flexible check in) Check out time: before 12pm 3) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 40/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 4) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 5) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 9pm. 6) Our bed arrangement is based on 8 pax. If above 8 people are staying, please select the actual number of people or notify us at least 1 day in advance. Then, we will provide the additional bed, bedsheet set & pillow. location: TAMAN TASIK INDAH(NOVUS SPRING GATE) EV CAR Charging is not allowed here.
