Our place is located at brand new distinctive commercial building, a glittering icon of exceptional modern living place. This place provide easy access to major highways such as Jalan Jelutong and Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. We introduce you our place with incredible Komtar and city view, warmly welcome you to experience our home =) This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is by 11am. It is strictly fixed due to our cleaning schedule arrangement. Please acknowledge this before reservation made and manage your arrival and departure time wisely. We do not offer luggage service. 2. A security deposit MYR 300 is required before check in by bank transfer (for Malaysian), cash collection only applicable to Non-Malaysian. This amount is refundable upon inspection after check out. - Our place is more to a 'private home' rather than a 'hotel', we apply self check in method. - Free on site parking lots available for 2 cars - Our kitchenette equipped with simple amenities only for simple meal preparation and food heat up, no stir fry/grill or any cooking involving oil is allowed.
