Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This condominium is located at Bayan Lepas which is an industrial area in Penang Island. It is near to SPICE, USM, industrial area, restaurants, marts, and many other amenities. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit which is fully equipped with all the necessities. It can accommodate up to 8 pax. The balcony view is perfect with unblocked city view and hill view. There is an indoor car park, other cars can park outside of the condo.
