About this property

Located on Kuala Teriang Bay for over 150 years, Experience Island Heritage Home offers heritage suites, cottages and rooms in a private villa in Pantai Kok. The property is just a 5-minute walk from the fisherman's jetty and offers view of the Kuala Teriang Bay. Langkawi Airport and Langkawi Cable Car are within 10 minutes' drive away, while the famous Pantai Cenang can be reached with a 20-minute drive. The property offers airport pickup services. The Heritage Home is tastefully furnished, air-conditioned suites come with a King-sized bed, wooden flooring, a desk, clothes rack, wardrobe and seating area. Each room is uniquely styled and comes with their own private bathrooms equipped with toilet and shower facility. The Teriang Blue Cottages, adjacent to the Heritage Home, consist of two self-contained cottages in a gated compound with separate entrance. About 5-minute drive away to Telanga Harbour jetty for boat ride to/from Koh Lipe Pantai Kok Beach is 5-10 minute drive away.

Company information

Patty and Susan are well-travelled and have lived and worked in many parts of the world. They enjoy the leisurely pace and the natural environment of Langkawi, and have decided to open the heritage home to share the experience with their guests.

Property information

A 150 year-old heritage house lovingly restored for modern comfort on an idyllic island. Truly an experience for travelers who seek a different experience and appreciate nature and a quieter location, secluded but with easy access to many attractions and the airport. With addition of two charming cottages with separate entrance in a gated compound adjacent to the heritage house. We are only 30 mins drive to The Els Club Datai Rainforest Course and 10 mins drive to Telaga Harbour Marina for Ko Lipe (a popular Thai island).

Neighbourhood information

Previously an old Chinese village, now a living and working fishing village in a long-forgotten corner of the island. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll in a nearby kampung and watch the fishermen come in with their daily catch. This bay is uniquely located where you can catch both amazing sunrise and sunset. Also within 15 mins drive from a few of the island attractions, namely the Sky Cab, Oriental Village and Sky Trex.
