It located in the hub of Ipoh and surrounded by many famous restaurants /food stalls, shopping centers, hospitals, near to highway tolls, Ipoh tourist places and etc. It is about 10 min driving distance to Sunway Lost World of Tambun. Spacious car parkings. Every room equipped with air cond. The house was newly renovated, new sofa, new bedroom sets, new heater, new toilet,new washing machine,new utensils and etc.
