thanks to all visitors who left best reviews. we got TRAVELLER REVIEW AWARDS 2020 and 2021. we did thorough and total renovation of this house in 2018. all marina court resorts have sound proof problem and ordinary travelers cannot sleep at night due to poor sound proof windows and doors. we wished to change total window system but demolishing existing doors and windows not possible due to surrounding regulations and we had to add all double windows system on to the existing windows. we can now sleep at night without outside noise and we assure this is the only house among 400 marina court condos. it's now a brand new house with best furniture and amenities. walls and ceiling newly decorated, thick natural wooden floor and marbles. wall cabinets are full with very rare folks articles found and bought in south east Asian countries. all 3 rooms, you can enjoy sunset at the sea every evening even when you lay at your bed. Sea view is not available in the whole marina court resort except this house. when check in, we provide welcome fruits and cold beer cans, house manager waiting to serve 24 hours a day.

we bought this house luckily for private use in January 2018. I was so fascinated by this small and beautiful city. perhaps I will live here when I retire completely. I enjoy golf and yacht here and there. December the 5th 2018, I brought my yacht, sailed down from Jeju Korea via Taiwan, Philippines. it took 36 days and she is now Sutera Harbour marina finger number F16, you can visit there and get some pictures. This house is very specially decorated with all very expensive furniture and materials. all the guests who use my house feel free and make yourself at home, gook luck and enjoy this house, enjoy this golden city! you may know the city Kotakinabalu locates along the coast line, some 2~3km width and lengh of 7~8km marina court resort located the very center of city facing ocean and among the hotest shopping and dining restaurants within minutes to reach. 3 big shopping malls, 3 starbucks, open fish and fruit market, oceanus and street cafe facing sunset are arm reachable. you can use taxi or Grab from airport to Marina Court, it will take only 15 minutes. you can ask drivers to go "marina court block D lobby" where our house manager will greet you to guide the house.
